Isabella County families and local community members, mark your calendars for a fun day full of science. Come take part in an event open to everyone with different interactive science activities for ages ranging from preschool to middle school, facilitated by registered student organizations around campus. Activities include: making slime, matching fossils, papier mache volcanos, giant operation, an airplane derby, and more. We are asking for a suggested donation from $3 to $5 dollars upon entrance with all proceeds going to The Discovery Museum of Mount Pleasant. During this event, there will also be a silent auction with packages from different businesses around Mount Pleasant and surrounding communities. This program is presented by CMU’s Department of Recreation, Parks, and Leisure Services – RPL 430: Planning Recreation Programs and Events. Partnered with The Mount Pleasant Discovery Museum. For questions or more information please contact us at: soarinsciencespectacular@gmail.com
